Ingredients

½ cup onions
chopped
¾ cup celery
chopped
1 pound frankfurters (hot dogs)
sliced diagonally
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups pasta, elbow macaroni

1 ¼ cups water
¾ cup ketchup
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
grated
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Sauté onions, celery, and frankfurter slices in butter until browned.

Add remaining ingredients.

Turn into a 2 quart casserole.

Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in a hot oven 375℉ (190℃) 20 to 25 minutes.
