Turkey Bacon Pasta Salad

Turn leftover turkey into a refreshing pasta salad with sweet great peas, crunchy celery topped with bacon.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups pasta, fusilli
Tri color, or regular

10 ounces green peas
frozen
2 cups turkey
cooked, cut up

¾ cup salad dressing
½ cup cheddar cheese
shredded
5 medium scallions, spring or green onions
sliced
1 stalk celery
sliced

cup sweet relish
optional
4 slices bacon
cooke crisp and crumbled
3 cups lettuce
torn into bite size pieces, or mixed greens, optional

Directions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions and drain.

Rinse with cold water and drain again.

Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain.

Mix the pasta, peas and remaining ingredients except the greens (if using) and the bacon if using.

Serve topped with crumbled bacon on a bed of greens.
