One of the fluffiest American-style flapjacks/pancake recipes that my kids love. Quick and easy made from scratch that delivers happy faces every time.

In the morning's golden light, Pancakes rise like clouds in sight, Fluffy, soft, and oh so light, A breakfast dream, a true delight.

They stack up high, a tower grand, With syrup's hug, a sweet demand, Each bite a taste of heaven's land, The fluffiest pancakes, hand in hand.

Butter melts with tender grace, As each layer finds its place, A symphony of fluff, a lace, Of morning joy, an embrace.

Directions

In a bowl, mix milk and vinegar together. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl.

Whisk egg and melted butter into the vinegar soured milk.

Whisk wet and dry ingredients together until no longer lumpy.

Cook on griddle preheated to 325℉ (160℃).

Serve warm pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruits as desired.
