They stack up high, a tower grand, With syrup’s hug, a sweet demand, Each bite a taste of heaven’s land, The fluffiest pancakes, hand in hand.

Butter melts with tender grace, As each layer finds its place, A symphony of fluff, a lace, Of morning joy, an embrace.

LARGE LARGE EGGS

Directions

In a bowl, mix milk and vinegar together. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl.

Whisk egg and melted butter into the vinegar soured milk.

Whisk wet and dry ingredients together until no longer lumpy.

Cook on griddle preheated to 325℉ (160℃).

Serve warm pancakes with maple syrup and fresh fruits as desired.
