Directions

In a large soup pot, brown grond beef with onion and rice.

Meanwhile dice peppers into ½ inch pieces, set aside.

Add all ingredients minus peppers and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for twenty minutes.

Add peppers and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Top with cheese and enjoy!
