This is a very tasty cake, with a solid cherry flavour, very nice cake! Using cherry pie filling makes it a snap to put together.

OUNCES ML/G CHERRY PIE FILLING
or apricot pie filling

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar.

Stir well.

Pour batter into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
