Directions

In a large skillet, sauté onion, pepper, cloves, orange rind, cumin & chili powder in oil (and Pam if needed) until almost tender. Add orange juice & stir until liquid evaporates.

Add cooked & drained ground beef & stir long enough until flavors have blended together.

Serve with heated flour tortillas & your choice of the following accompaniments: chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, grated sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped scallions, salsa, refried beans, tabasco sauce, sliced jalapenos.
