Directions
Peel potatoes and slice thin.
Chop onion.
In pan heat milk, butter, and flour and add cheese.
In casserole dish place layers of potatoes, onions, parsley, onions, and sauce.
Cover and bake 350℉ (180℃) F for 60 minutes.
Greated cheddar can be substituted for American.
