These Greek oven-roasted potatoes were absolutely delicious, soft in the inside and crispy on the outside. They were herby, citrus and packed with flavor. Just eating these roasted potatoes directly was tasty enough, we served these yummy potatoes with Greek tzatziki that comes from Alton Brown. Yum!
