Directions
(Use a store-bought packet of Italian dressing mix or save and make your own in about 5 minutes, see other recipe)
Layer the mushrooms and onion in a slow cooker or Crockpot.
Combine the butter olive oil and salad dressing mix; pour over the mushrooms.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until mushrooms are tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.
