EACH EACH GREEN BELL PEPPERS
or red bell peppers

EACH EACH CORN
10 oz frozen package *

POUND G BEEF CHUCK
ground, browned, drained

EACH EACH TOMATO SAUCE
8 oz can *

TEASPOON ML SALT
½ 2.5
TEASPOON ML GARLIC SALT
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML BLACK PEPPER

CUP ML CHEDDAR CHEESE
or swiss, shredded

TEASPOON ML WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

CUP ML ONIONS
chopped

TABLESPOONS ML KETCHUP

Directions

Wash peppers and drain well. Combine all remaining ingredients except ketchup in mixing bowl. Stir well. Stuff peppers ⅔ full. Pour 3 tablespoons water in crockpot. Arrange stuffed peppers in crockpot. Pour ketchup over top of peppers. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
