Directions
Combine oil, sugar and eggs, mixing well.
Combine dry ingredients and add to the first mixture, blending well.
Add vanilla and coffee, mixing well.
Stir in the chips, blending well.
Spread on a large greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes in a preheated 350℉ (180℃) F oven.
Cool and cut.
