Ingredients

½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup brown sugar

1 each eggs
1 ¼ cups whole-wheat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
ground
¼ teaspoon cloves
ground

¼ teaspoon allspice
ground
*
¼ cup milk
½ cup walnuts
chopped
½ cup raisins, seedless
½ cup apricots, dried
snipped
*
½ cup dates
chopped

Directions

Cream together the oil and sugar.

Add the egg. Then blend in the remaining ingredients.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Bake in 350℉ (180℃) oven for about 10 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack and store in a tightly closed container.
