Brought this cake to my last pot-luck, and it was a huge hit. The cake was so moist and orange-y. Glad that I found this recipe!

Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt baking soda and sugar.
Stir in nuts and ¾ cup of the chocolate chips.
In medium bowl, beat eggs with milk, orange juice, rind and vanilla.
Then blend in butter or margarine .
Add egg mixture, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread in greased, lightly floured 4½ X 4½ loaf pan.
Sprinkle evenly with remaining chocolate chips. Bake until golden 55 to 60 min or until a wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 min. then turn out onto wire rack and complete cooling before slicing.
