Directions

Preheat oven to 375°.

Mix the flaxseed meal and water.

Beat butter and brown sugar together.

Combine flaxseed/water mixture with butter/sugar.

Add in the vanilla and mix well.

In a separate bowl, sift together flour, brewers yeast, baking soda, and salt.

Blend wet and dry ingredients together.

Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut.

Using a teaspoon, scoop up mix into small balls and plop on baking sheet.

Bake for 14 minutes.

Allow to cool before removing from tray.
