Directions

Combine sugar and flour; cut in margarine.

Reserve ⅔ to 1 cup of mixture.

Add egg buttermilk, soda, salt, and vanilla to remaining sugar mixture.

Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.

Top with reserved sugar mixture, nuts and heath bars.

Bake 350℉ (180℃). for 25 to 30 min
