CUPS ML CHERRY JUICE *

OUNCES ML/G CHERRIES
tart, 1 can, drain and reserve juice

CUP ML WALNUTS
chopped

TEASPOON ML BAKING SODA
mixed with 1 teaspoon water
Sauce

CUP ML BROWN SUGAR *

TEASPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT

TEASPOON ML ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR

TEASPOON ML BUTTER

X CHERRY JUICE
remaining cherry juice with enough water to measure 1 cup, cook until thick, 5 or 6 minutes. *

Directions

Blend together flour, sugar and salt.

Beat egg, add ½ cup cherry juice and melted butter, add baking soda mixture, add to flour, sugar, salt mixture. Mix well.

Add chopped nuts and cherries.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and poke holes with a fork and pour hot sauce over pudding.

Cool and refrigerate.

Serve with whipped cream.
