Directions
In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, cook onion, stirring often, until softened and translucent, 5 to 8 minutes.
Stir in corn, sugar, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
Cook and keep stirring until film forms on pan, about 5 minutes.
At the same time, in saucepan, heat both over medium-high heat.
Add ¼ cup to corn mixture, stirring until almost evaporated, 2 to 3 minutes.
Repeat 3 times until corn is tender and almost all liquid is absorbed.
Serve warm.
