Ingredients

1 x nonstick cooking spray
*
2 tablespoons sesame oil
½ pound chicken breasts
4 each scallions, spring or green onions
sliced
12 ounces pasta, linguine
spicy sesame
½ cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ tablespoon chili sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon ginger
minced
½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients.

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

Add oil and heat.

Stir fry chicken until it begins to lose raw color.

Add scallions.

Add sauce. Add cooked pasta and stir until blended.
