Ingredients

1 cup sweet bell peppers
chopped

1 ¼ cups onions
chopped
2 garlic cloves
minced
½ teaspoon olive oil
30 ounces kidney beans, canned
undrained

28 ounces tomatoes, canned, crushed

3 cups turkey breast
boneless, skinless, cooked and cubed

2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cilantro
*
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat cook bell peppers, onions, garlic in oil until tender.

Add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, cilantro, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer mixture, uncovered for 25 minutes.
