Directions

Using a blender or food processor, measure the oatmeal and blend/process into a fine powder. Preheat the oven to 375℉ (190℃).

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and both white and brown sugars.

Beat in the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients; the flour, ground oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.

Add the dry flour ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

Add chocolate chips, milk chocolate bar, and nuts and stir just enough to evenly distribute.

Roll the cookie dough into balls and arrange evenly two inches apart on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375℉ (190℃).

Makes 112 cookies (recipe may be halved if desired).
