Bacon, Egg and Tomato Salad Sandwiches

Directions
- Hard boil eggs.
- Cook, drain and crumble bacon
- Place eggs in mxing bowl, break up with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce.
- Refrigerate to allow flavours to blend.
