This meatless sherherd's pie was a big hit at our family dinner, even the meat lovers loved it. The fresh vegetables brought all kinds of refreshing and delicious flavor into the pie, the mashed potatoes gave the creaminess. We boiled potatoes with garlic, which added lots of garlicky flavor. Absolutely an excellent dish that is not only vegetarians love it, but also the meat lovers!
