60 minThis giant cookie pizza is party food genius: all the flavor of apple oatmeal cookies baked into one impressive round you can slice like actual pizza.
Shredded apples and oats create a chewy base with cinnamon warmth, then while it’s still hot from the oven, you scatter chocolate chips across the top.
They melt into a spreadable layer, getting topped with crunchy pecans and a drizzle of sweet vanilla glaze.
Cut into wedges and watch it disappear at potlucks, birthday parties, or any gathering where you need an easy showstopper.
Chef Tips
- Grease the pan well: This spreads thin; proper greasing prevents sticking
- Work fast with chocolate: Sprinkle chips while cookie is hot so they soften; spread before they set
- Cool slightly before slicing: Let it firm up 5 minutes so slices hold together
- Make glaze thin: Should drizzle easily; add milk a few drops at a time
Variations
- Use butterscotch or white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet
- Add dried cranberries or raisins to the dough for extra fruit
- Swap pecans for walnuts or leave them off for nut-free version
