Ingredients

oatmeal

apple butter

all-purpose flour

baking soda

½ | teaspoon |
baking powder

salt

2 | tablespoons |
milk
|

nuts
chopped, or sunflower, pumpkin seeds |

raisins, seedless
|
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream margarine (or butter) and sugar.
Beat in egg, oats, and apple butter.
Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture along with milk.
Beat until blended. Stir in nuts and raisins.
CHILL.
Drop by teaspoonsful onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 15 minutes.
About 2½ dozen cookies. You can freeze these for months.
