Love these fritters, and they are perfect breakfast on the weekends.

MEDIUM MEDIUM APPLES
peeled, cored
1 1
LARGE EACH EGGS
1 1
SLICE SLICE BREAD
cut in pieces

TEASPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT
1 15
TABLESPOON ML WATER
4 2E+1
TEASPOONS ML SUGAR
1 1
DASH DASH CINNAMON *

Directions

Grate apple and set aside.

Combine all ingredients except apple, in blender.

Blend until mixture is smooth. Fold in grated apple; mix well.

Drop by tablespoons onto a hot non-stick skillet, or pour out 1 enormous fritter.

Cook on both sides to a golden brown.
