Ingredients

½ cup yogurt, low-fat
1 tablespoon safflower oil
or corn oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 pinch salt

teaspoon white pepper

1 each garlic cloves
minced
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
fresh, chopped
1 tablespoon anchovy paste

1 dash cayenne pepper

Directions

Place all ingedients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate to blend flavors; adjust seasoning before serving.

Makes about ¾ cup.
