Ingredients

2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon gelatin, unflavored

3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
coarsely chopped, null, null
¾ cup milk, low-fat
¼ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup sugar
3 tablespoons liqueur
irish cream style
1 cup yogurt, low-fat
stirred
1 each egg whites

cup milk, skim, (non fat) powder
non fat

Directions

In small saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons water and gelatin: let stand 1 minute.

Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves; set aside.

In medium saucepan, combine chocolate, milk, corn syrup and sugar.

Cook and whisk over low heat until mixture is smooth.

Stir in dissolved gelatin mixture; cool. Add Irish Cream and yogurt.

Beat egg white, ⅓ cup water and non-fat dry milk until stiff but not dry.

Fold into yogurt mixture.

Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.

After crunchy chocolate ice cream, the next day I made this Irish Cream Frozen Yogurt, and it was another good one, I used 1/4 cup sugar replacement instead of real sugar, added 1 tablespoon more Irish cream, wow, absolutely great! Definitely my keeper!
