Ingredients

5 pounds ground chuck (ground beef)
1 large onions
chopped
4 each garlic cloves
chopped
1 each jalapeño pepper

1 can beer
2 tablespoons cumin
4 tablespoons red chili peppers
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Brown the meat.

Brown onions, garlic and jalapeno together.

Combine meat and onion with beer, cumin, chilies, paprika, pepper, flavor enhancer and salt; marinate for one hour.

Add water to cover. Stir well.
