1-Pot Noodles with Chicken & Broccoli

Easy and quick chicken and brocolli with noodles all made in a single pot all in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk, 1%

2 tablespoons butter
½ pound egg noodles
uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets
fresh or frozen
12 ounces chicken breasts
cooked, cut into bite-sized pieces
¾ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

In a large saucepan add broth, milk and butter.

Heat over medium-high heat until boiling.

Stir in the noodles and broccoli and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.

Cook 8 minutes, stirring regularily until the noodles are nearly done and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in the chicken and heat through.

Remove from the heat and stir in the grated parmesan cheese.

Serve.
