A fresh and tasty fruit snack for when you have no time for a proper meal
Found this recipe in one of my favorite magazines, Eating Well. Loved it so much that I've tweaked it a bit to make it more vegetarian.
These light and scrumptious snacks are perfect for long car rides or a snack in between meals.
