Lunch recipe collection

This is one of my favorite recipe, very easy to make, and tastes very well.

This is as good as any Italian sandwich I have eaten in Chicago! Even my grandkids loved it! PK

Brie gives the creaminess and cheesiness to the sandwiches, sauteed mushrooms are so delicious with the brie. It takes you about 25 minutes, enjoy.
