Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Chill until ready to use.
Serve slightly chilled in a sandwich, or over lettuce for a small salad.
Add optional ingredients as desired.
Optional ingredients to kick it up a notch, include walnuts, raisins, sliced seedless red grapes, almonds or pecans.
