Vegetarian Caesar Salad recipe
A low fat Caesar salad dressing.
Love this mediterranean style pasta salad! Marinated artichoke hearts, olives, and feta cheese were a delicious combination. The cherry tomatoes and broccoli add the fresh taste, sometimes we add several strips of roasted bell pepper, or freshly sliced mushrooms, or a few coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Caesar salad is delicious and can successfully be combined with such accompaniments as grilled chicken, steak, and shrimp. Here's the recipe I use.
Not only delicious, but it also helps you keep a good diet.
This healthy version of Caesar salad has great flavor. For a complete dinner you can add cooked chicken breasts and toss in salad.
