I love Asian food. These spring rolls were so refreshing and just delicious, and I also loved the texture because of all these fresh veggies. The dipping sauce was terrific.
The beets need to be prepared 8 hours before serving so that they have time to absorb the flavours of the dressing.
Simply saute the beet greens with some garlic, a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, mix the soft goat cheese with some fresh thyme leaves, which are placed on top of toasted bread. Great flavor and texture all in one bite.
Saltbush Lamb backstraps served with sweet potato mash, broccolini, grilled figs and finished with Lamb jus.
A great combination of earthy flavour!
