Directions
In a small bowl mix together the cheese, worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.
Toast the bread lightly and arrange the sliced tomato on top.
Spoon the cheese mixture over the surface and grill until bubbling and golden.
Garnish with a sprig of parsley and serve at once.
