Directions
Put the tofu, water, oil, salt, vanilla extract and sugar in blender or food processor and blend thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a shallow bowl and dip in the slices of bread.
Heat the margarine or oil in a skillet and fry the dipped bread over a moderate heat until browned on both sides.
Serve with maple syrup or jam.
Or, serve with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon powder.
