1 3/4 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3/4 cup orange juice 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 egg Mix all the ingredient and bake at 375F for 10 to 15 mins

Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).
Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet to make 32 cookies.
Bake about 10 to 15 min. Remove from pan and cool.
VARIATIONS: Add ¼ teaspoon ground cloves for a spicy cookie.
Instead of raisins, add ½ cup chopped or whole cranberries.
