A scrumptious vegetarian kind of Sloppy Joes' that's made with green bell peppers, tomato sauce and TVP.

Directions
Sauté onion and green peppers in oil.
Add remaining ingredients, and simmer together for 20 minutes and serve hot on soft sandwich buns.
