462.4 ml/g spaghetti sauce

freshly cooked

Directions

Heat oil in heavy medium sized skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.

Add to skillet and cook until light brown, about 2 minutes each side.

Remove chicken from skillet.

Add onion to skillet and sauté until beginning to turn translucent, about 5 mintes.

Stir in spaghetti sauce (add some red wine if you like) and reduce heat to medium-low.

Add chicken breasts and simmer until no longer pink in the center this will take about 8 minutes.

Divide spaghetti among plates, place chicken on top and spoon the sauce over the chicken and pasta.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
