This sesame granola is packed with real ingredients: rolled oats, wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts, flaked coconut, and plump raisins, all bound together with honey, vanilla, and a generous pour of toasty sesame seeds.
Twenty minutes in the oven and your kitchen smells like a health food store run by someone who actually knows how to cook.
Eat it straight from the pan (no judgment), spoon it over yogurt, or bag it up for on-the-go snacking all week.
Kitchen Tips
- Don’t break up the wheat flakes when mixing. They add a satisfying, craggy texture to every handful.
- Stir once at the 10-minute mark and resist the urge to touch it again. Less stirring means bigger, chunkier clusters.
- Cool completely in the pan before storing. The granola crisps up as it cools.
