Directions

Grind orange in blender or processor.

Add oil, honey, milk, and vanilla; blend.

Combine remaining ingredients and add to orange mix.

Stir to blend.

Drop or plop on non-stick cookie sheets and bake at 300℉ (150℃) for 25 to 30 minutes.

Note:If your oranges are not really sweet, use only half of the rind.
