Directions
In a small mixing bowl cream butter, sugar and cinnamon together.
Split english muffins and toast until lightly browned.
Spread each muffin half with the butter-sugar mixture.
Mix remaining butter-sugar mixture with drained, sliced pie apples and distribute over muffins.
Broil 4 minutes to heat apples and melt butter mixture.
