Directions
Pare papaya.
Cut papaya in half and scoop out centers. Chop papaya finely.
Heat all ingredients to boiling in 10 inch skillet; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm or cold.
