Directions
In large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients, including the dried fruit.
Add the oil and buttermilk; mix well.
Roll out the mixture into ⅛ inch thickness.
Use a cookie cutter to cut 3½ inch circles. Arrange on oiled cookie sheets with a spatula.
Bake in 350℉ (180℃) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Allow to cool on wire rack.
