1 can tomatoes

1 can red kidney beans
undrained

2 tablespoons salt-free seasoning
e.g. Mrs. Dash

1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 x cheese
optional

1 x onions

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.

Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Garnish with grated cheese and onion if desired.

Serves 4.
