Ingredients

1 ½ pound beef, round steak
chopped
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 x salt

1 x black pepper

1 each onions
sliced
1 each carrots
chopped
1 each celery
stalk, chopped
15 ounces tomato sauce

Directions

Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce. Cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or High 3 to 5 hours.
