Directions
Dredge rinsed chicken pieces in flour mixed with seasonings.
Place in hot fat in large skillet(s). Do not crowd.
Cover and cook over Low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Uncover and turn temperature up to Medium-High. Fry and turn and crisp and brown. Remove to paper towel lined platter.
Salt lighty.
