Directions

Dice bacon and pan fry.

Add chopped onion and green pepper.

Cook 3 minutes.

Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and beaten egg.

Cook slightly.

Add cubed potatoes, grated carrot and diced hard-cooked eggs.

Blend and serve hot.
