Ingredients

preheat oven to 350

combine in bowl:
1 3/4 c regular rolled oats
1 c chopped unsalted almonds
1/2 c raisins
1 c cranberries
1/3 c diced apricots

whisk together:
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 c honey
1/3 c canola oil

Pour wet over dry. Spread on jelly roll pan.

Bake 15 minutes. Stir. Bake 10 more. cool and eat.

Love it. I alway make my own granolas, it tastes much better and it has way more healthy ingredients than store-bought. This recipe sounds great, love the idea of using maple syrup, honey and canola oil, which makes the granola even healthier and taste better. On my to-do list :-)
