Grilled Chicken with Creamy Herb Sauce
Succulent grilled chicken breasts are served with a creamy-herb sauce. YUM!
Ingredients

mayonnaise

sour cream
or plain nonfat yogurt |

brown mustard

scallions, spring or green onions

worcestershire sauce

lemon juice
or lime |

Directions
In a bowl, mix together all cooking sauce ingredients until well blended.
Mix 3 tablespoon cooking sauce with 1 tablespoon sour cream or yogurt and ½ teaspoon paprika for table sauce.
Coat chicken with remaining cooking sauce.
Grill over moderately hot fire for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
Serve with table sauce.
